Above everything else, Troy ATO strives for brotherhood. So often, fraternities get so caught up in partying or competition, or whatever else… and they forget the reason they came together in the first place. That reason is brotherhood. The Creed of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity begins, “To bind men together in a brotherhood.” That is the whole purpose, the reason for existence, and at Troy ATO we recite our Creed every week to remind ourselves of that purpose so that we don’t fall by the wayside and get caught up in all the other things most fraternities fall to. Brotherhood is priceless and without it, we know we can’t succeed. ATO is an ever-expanding tight-knit group of men committed to caring for each other and seeing each other through the good times and the bad. While your experience as an undergrad may only last for a few years, the bonds of brotherhood will last for the rest of your life. Remember in life, friends come and go, but a brother is forever.
